Delivery Timeline

  • Inside Dhaka: Usually 1–3 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: Usually 2–5 working days
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charge

Applicable delivery charges are displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

For selected orders, RoseDew may contact you by phone to confirm the order before dispatch.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Once an order is dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not always be possible.

At Delivery

Please check the parcel condition and product quantity before accepting it. If the package appears severely damaged or tampered with, please contact RoseDew immediately.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, or repeated refusal, additional delivery charges may apply to a subsequent attempt.

Courier Delays

Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond RoseDew’s direct control.
